Let’s begin all over again the negotiations to save the Italian company. At 30 June Alitalia’s loss account was estimated in 400 millions of Euro, that it makes impossible to carry on every activities.

Friday is providing for the approbation of the accounts and consequently the situation of insolvency.

An extraordinary committee is going to designate, with the presidency of Augusto Fantozzi, financial minister in 1995 and professor of fiscal law at the University.

In the same day “the phoenix plan” of a new company, “the newco” is going to present.

It is an Italian 16 entrepreneurs’ company that wants to support the phoenix plan, a project that will do to die Alitalia with his debts and giving the birth to new Alitalia without dues and with 7000 dismissals.

The government is studying the modification of the “Marzano law” about the crisis of the business firm.

Also in the past it was utilized to balance Parmalat crash. Moreover it seems that the negotiations with Air France-KLM are going to reopen. The French colossus will have a profit sharing, with his participation to the profits without entering in the capital of the society.

The Opposition anticipated the crash of the company in April, but nothing until now has been done and certainly the weight of the crash will have a relapse on the contributors.

But the questions are others: Why does the business enterprise must be order in two parts? To sell with a special price towards specific investors? How will Alitalia regain all the proceeds with the production costs?

In conclusion the change of the Alitalia owner must be the simpler possible and realizable in a couple of weeks.
